Robert began his career at the ground level of the supply chain by lumping loads and unloading box cars and supplies. He joined Loblaws in 2001 as a pallet assembler, and through his dedication, was able to climb the company ladder from Dispatcher to a National Senior Manager. During the course of his career, Robert gradually transitioned from Operations to Safety, and subsequently worked with top Carriers and Government representatives around the country to improve road safety. In 2018, Robert made the decision to move on from Loblaws and work directly with carriers. In 2019, he welcomed the opportunity to become an integral part of the Trans4 team, where he identified the potential to use his expertise to further develop and expand the company. Robert lives in Cambridge with his wife and two daughters. Outside of work, Robert is a fitness enthusiast and loves Indian food.
